First trip to Tokyo - Day 3

After this first day to start to discover the town (see: First trip to Tokyo - Day 2) we woke up, ready to walk under the rain. Today we go to Tokyo Disney Sea. We've reserved our tickets online about two months ago, we've choose to take e-tickets in order to avoid the line at the park entrance and to make it easy.
We leave the apartment, direction Tokyo station in order to take the JR Keiyo line to Maihama. It's about 10AM when we arrive in Tokyo Disney sea and the crowd is already impressive. To circulate between the parks we have to take the beautiful Disney monorail. Between Maihama and the Disney Sea, the course cost us 260Yen by person

Even under the rain, the park is stunning! We go to have a ride in gondola, we didn't have the opportunity to have one while we were in Venice. The gondolier who sings in Japanese and says "Ciao" with its Japanese accent is to be lived! The drawback of this ride is that we are wet!

We decide to go to the Tower of Terror, our favorite attraction in Disneyland Paris. We see a 320 minutes line under the rain for the attraction, it's a real cold shower. And it is the same things for all the others attractions. There is a big line to go the restaurant, to go to the restrooms, to buy popcorns...
We give up the idea to wait in the cold and we just take advantage of the beauty of the park while doing shopping. The goodies prices are really cheaper than the ones in Paris! 1400 yen for a Minnie hair bow (about 10€), 2500 yen for my Ursula scarf (about 18€)... I wanted to buy everything! By the way, I finally been able to taste this famous aliens mochis you can so often
see on the internet. The booth is located near the Toy Stoty place. For 320 yen you'll have three aliens: one vanilla (taste as custard), one strawberry (taste as strawberry yogurt) and one chocolate (taste as chocolate cream). It's to die for!

The lands are beautiful. I'm in deep admiration in front of all the details given to the castle of "Ariel, the little mermaid". The store inside the castle is Monstro, the whale of Pinocchio's movie.
We are finally able to do one attraction in Aladdin's land, it is named 'Simba's travel". It's a kind of "Small world" in Japanese, it's really charming. The robots are well animated, the facial expressions, the bodies, everything is really well done!

After having seen the whole the park, we decide to go back to Tokyo and to go for a walk in Akihabara, the electric town. Our day is ending at a Sega Center Game where we won two very nice figurines, one for us and one for a friend. The video game skills of the Japanese are impressive. I've filmed in secret a young man who was playing at a rhythm game, I can't imagine how many hours of training he did to get this level! (unfortunately my phone crashed and I've lost all my videos...)
